A website, Link (http) has been put together by Rahim Farid which documents the activities of a Singapore dealer who is purchasing banknotes, and soaking the notes with tea bags, then offering the notes on on auctions as higher graded notes. The website has images of several of these notes, when they were originally sold, and after they have been doctored, and offered on auctions.

I just checked on that link and found that it did not work, which I don't understand since I used a copy and past. Anyway lets try this again Link (http) In case it comes up just "link" and still does not work that address is s132.photobucket.com/albums/q23/rahim409/
