i can say this as a retired usps employee who knows the workings of the u.s. postal inspectors. one of their jobs is to track down mail theft, and theft of bank cards is done quite frequently. so please inform this person of his mistake. merci.

Why is it not possible to know who the mod % are .In over 1 year we have so many *Why* and no list is given out ,* why*
