Today I see I have received a 50% rating from a buyer who has paid for regular mail and the card didnt arrive to his address.
The ratings says :
je pense que ma carte ne me parviendra jamais donc je ne suis pas du tout satisfait
Anyway , can someone explain me why he can give me 50% when he has not paid for registered letter and how I can make something about that 50% rating. It is not a problem for me but such kind of things make me angry because I am not responsible that this card for 3 Euro is not received and the buyer didnt want to pay 3 Euro for registered letter.
And I am also not sure if he has received it or not - not any proof when it is with regular mail.
Any suggestion?

In my opinion the fair feedback is the "Neutral feedback". It is more likely that the letter is lost and in that case it is not the sellers fault.
If the buyer wants to be sure that the letter is delivered, then should pay for registered mail which is much more expensive.
Recently I had a similar situation and gave neutral feedback to the seller but a few days after that I received the letter with the stamps (almost two months after been sent to me) and I simply modified the feedback to 100% because the seller shipped the stamps promptly and in good condition (as advertised in the auction).

I would use the Neutral rating as well. In fact, I think that when the Neutral rating was started it was specifically suggested that one use it for 'lost in the mail' cases.
A buyer of mine--whose payment was most likely lost in the mail (please don't send cash!)--got a Neutral but they decided to give me 0%. I feel that life's too short to hassle about it.
