Bonjour, I have some depilate stamps from below countries, and I would like collect postal used envelopes from these countries, who knows their postage (airmail and registered mail) to Asia (Hongkong) ? Thanks.

And, do those philatelic bureaus work ? I sent to Cayman, Guinea-Bissau, Congo and Cape Verde few months ago but no reply.

yeah, life's too short to be miserable. i think we both know that from our injuries in the army. but it sure took me a long time to realize it with my PTSD. just need to do some more fishin' with jr. and my new grandson when he's older, if i'm still around.

i think you will find some of these countries very difficult to access for postal information being third world, esp. the former french african nations, so i hope the links help.
