Malaya, 17 November 1960. Cover sent to Capt. J.W. Bosley, Bangkok, Thailand from Kuala Lumpur with 2 stamps of 6 & 30 cents commemorating the Natural Rubber Research Conference 1960 & International Rubber Study Group 15th Meeting Kuala Lumpur respectively. Extremely fine condition.
