Specific conditions:
during normal times orders will take 3-5 weeks depending where you are, weather conditions and holidays. you will be sent a registered tracking number as soon as items are mailed. COVID has caused delays in delivery time to some (but not all countries), and I have no control over how long an order will take
packages are mailed same week as payment is received
orders are sent registered mail with tracking number which means a trip to the post office , and these days I only go once or twice a week , all orders paid with paypal must be sent registered as they require a tracking number
because of covid everything is delayed with service to many countries not allowed so you must be patient , and while most orders take 3-5 weeks , it can be much longer on occassion . I will send you the registered receipt number after I mail it , but once I mail it I have no control over your packet . Impatient people should not bid diring these times

banknotesl are also welcome but take 2-4 weeks to arrive. banknotes must be clean and have no rips, tape or writing on them because Forex shops in the Philippines will not accept these. . banknotes are accepted from nearly all major countries. email or PM me before sending currencies. it is advisable that banknotes be sent registered mail, but it is up to you if you register or not ; banknotes are accepted based on the rate the forex shops pay us demonotised or obsolete banknotes are not accepted , MNH Philippines stamps are accepted for payment at full face value
non payment-buyers who do not pay within 15 days after an auction closes will have their sales cancelled, unless they contact , and say money has been sent , or will be sent. if payment has still not arrived after 45 days from closing date sale must be cancelled. and in order to to this I must leave negative feedback. so please pay promptly or at least keep in touch. buyers who ignore payment requests will be given negative rating
stamps will be used on mailing to the extent possible. sometimes the post office lacks certain denominations, and meter is used to make it up. if the post office is out of all stamps , and stamps on the package are importtant to you let me know in advance and I will hold until they have stamps.

Exception: Postcards may be sent stamped and mailed singlely if you pay with banknotes and you accept the risk , cost 1 euro per card, PM for details . Paypal requires a tracking number on all orders so this is not possible if paid with Paypal . it would be possible with Skrill or bitcoin

natural disasters and holidays:
sometimes typhoons can delay an order. and our post office nearly shuts down between Christmas and New Years , and for Easter and All saints day so orders at that time will be delayed. nothing I can do about it.
COVID has caused endless complcations, such as unacceptable countries, COVID fees and many delays so you must be patient and have common sense Postage is expensive and orders can not be processed at a loss . I know its too high but I do have no control over postage rates
