We mail all sold items as soon as payment has been received. After that, it is up to Canada Post and your local postal service to deliver. If it does not arrive contact “them” and not us.
Unless you request that the purchased item(s) be sent by registered mail we will use regular mail. We can not be held responsible for mail damaged, lost or misdirected in transit.
