Terms of payment:

All payments are made via Mangopay. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may have consequences for the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

Paypal only for non EU-residents, who accept to pay the Paypal fees as well.

International shipping:
For practical reasons I only highlighted shipping within the European Union, but I will ship to Europe in general. For some countries like the UK, Switzerland, etc other tariffs will be in place. Please note that specific customs regulations can be in place as well. Please be well informed before bidding
In general I will ship to whatever country in the world. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the BPOST tariffs in place. Please contact me, if you want to know what the shipping costs for a certain item or multiple items will be, before placing a bid on Delcampe.

Transaction time:
Within four days after receiving the payment, the shipping will be executed.

BPOST Shipping standards:
In general, I will choose PRIOR shipping; if requested or when the amount is above 50 Euro, I prefer a registered shipping, to both protect the buyer and the seller.

Lost or Damaged?:
Packaging will be handled with care. In case the package is damaged or lost, the seller can't be held responsable. On simple request, a specific tariff can be worked out, to foresee in tracking code and insurance. Please contact me therefore and best before bidding.
