2007 6th Congress of All-China Philatelic Federation Stamp Souvenir Sheet(s/s). PR China.

The 6th Congress of All-China Philatelic Federation was held in Beijing from 28 to 29 July 2007.
In commemoration of this event, a souvenir sheet was issued with the design of a bronze plate of the Western Xia Dynasty(1038-1227), which was used for the speedy transmission of the emperor´s orders.The exquisite plate is a valuable cultural relic, embodying the ancient civilization of Western Xia Dynasty and the splendid culture of post stations in China.
