1938 TO 1945 THE WAR AGAINST JAPAN - SUPERB NEVER HINGED MINT COLLECTION. A lovely collection with a high level of completion for the unsurcharged Sun Yat Sen series and the commemorative sets (with the Provincial surcharges slightly less well represented but still good!) all fresh never hinged although some issued without gum & also the very occasional minor gum blemish is inevitable. Includes (amongst much else) such things as the 1938-41 Sun Yat-sen (3rd issue) perf 12½ Die I, II & III sets complete (both the unwatermarked & wmk'd issues SG 457/482 (26 stamps), then perf 14 Die III with all three sets only missing the rare $20 (SG 488a) SG 483/488, 489A/500A & 489A/500B (28 stamps) and onwards very well represented throughout including the 1941 (4th issue) set complete, 1941 Thrift Movement miniature sheet SG MS605, 1942-46 (5th issue) perf 13 & perf 12 to 13 sets complete SG 628A/641A & 642/655, 1942-45 (3rd issue but redrawn) imperf set complete SG 656/662, roulette $10 & $50 vals, rough perf 12-15½ set complete SG 666/674, finally finishes with the 1944 Refugees, 1944 Kuomintang, 1945 Sun Yat sen 20th Anniv, 1945 Treaties & 1945 Pres.
