1963 RARE OFFICIAL PRICE LIST. A fine example of the China Philatelic Company illustrated colour "Wholesale Price List" for 1963. This company based in Peking was the official source of stamps from the PRC, this list includes all those great 1963 issues illustrated in full colour including the Stage Art of Mei Lan-fang (£2.11s for 10 mint sets, £1.4s.5d for 10 used sets or 5s10d for the FDC; the miniature sheet 13s.6d mint or used for 10, 13s.4d for a FDC!) with much information about the issues but especially the packages for purchasing the stamps from the UK. This is the first example we have seen and was given to a commercial traveller who collected stamps during a trip to China to sell scientific equipement! A museum or exhibition item.
