The centrepiece of the stamp design is the star vaulting of the middle nave embellished with circular ribs. The lower part of the stamp depicts an outer view of the church building. The indexing and dimensioning marks with shift parameters refer to the 1975 relocation of the building.

The Gothic church, designed by Rejt's pupil Jakub Heilmann from Schweinfurt, was built after the 1515 fire of the town at the place of an early Gothic basilica. Only the crypt of the old basilica survived the fire. The construction of the new church dedicated to Our Lady started in 1517 and continued until the early 17th century. The large building has three naves with retracted pillars delineating the space of each peripheral chapel inside the church and dividing its gallery decorated with polychrome Renaissance sculptures with biblical scenes into sections. The initial design of the church was gradually changed to suit the new ideas. The final symbiosis of Gothic and Renaissance elements can be found not only in the monumental structure of the building but also in the details. In the second quarter of the 18th century, the eastern choir was closed by the monumental main altar, completed in the 1770s with larger-than-life statues by Tyrolean sculptor B. Eder and images by Jesuit painter J. Kramolín. The altar is counterbalanced by the large organ in the western part of the gallery and visually connected with the statues of Christ and the apostles by sculptor J.A. Dietz employed by the Lobkowicz family from the 1730s, installed on the inside of the pillars of the nave at the level of the gallery. In 1975, when the old town of Most was destroyed due to coal mining, the church was moved by 841.1 metres to the vicinity of the Baroque hospital with the Gothic Church of the Holy Spirit. The relocation started on 30 September 1975 and ended on 27 October 1975. The church was moved on four tracks and was pushed from behind and slowed down in the front by hydraulic cylinders. Every movement and level variations of the church travelling on the uneven ground were monitored by a system of balances and electronic sensors. The final speed of the movement of the church on the 841-metre-long track was 2.16 centimetres per minute. The church was then installed on its new foundations at the new site and restored until 1988.
