ORANGE FREE STATE INTERESTING COLLECTION well written-up on album pages begins with the 1868-94 issue complete with all listed shades incl 1d red-brown mint block four, 6d mint (2 shades), 1s oranges incl orange-buff mint, other interesting items incl 6d used block of six, 1877 4d on 6d used (3 types), and onwards with good ranges of the various surcharges often with different types incl such things as the 1882 3d on 4d ultramarines mint/unused SG 41/42, 1888 "2" with curved foot on 3d used SG 53b, 1896 ½d on 3d incl triple surcharge, 1896 "Halve Penny" incl missing bar, inverted surch, "Peuny" error, 1897 2½d on 3d both surch's mint SG 83/83a, at the end of the Free State 6d blue unissued mint.
