Terms of payment:

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Specific conditions:
Combined Postage: Only one postage charge however many stamps ordered if paid for together, no additional item costs (Covers and large Miniature Sheets have a higher base postage cost and tracking must be used for orders over GBP50). Additional items can be added to an existing invoice at any time prior to payment. To be eligible for combined postage, items must be paid for in a single transaction .
Returns: All purchases come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Please contact me if anything is not as expected. I will try and resolve any issues as fast as I can. The buyer is responsible for postage back to me unless agreed otherwise.
International Sales: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Delcampe offers a service to EU customers to pay VAT at the checkout on orders up to EUR150. This may be cheaper than paying the customs charges on reciept of your goods. Please see Delcampe help pages for more details.
Orders cannot be accepted from Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria due to UK Government and/or Paypal Restrictions.
Legal terms:
Delcampe invoices are no longer a valid invoice for tax purposes. Steve Hill Stamps is not registered to collect VAT in the UK as we trade under the VAT threshold. Invoices on Delcampe now have the statement 'includes VAT/tax' on their system generated invoices for all sellers making them incorrect for smaller sellers like myself and incompatible with UK accounting practice. Please raise a ticket with Delcampe if you would like to see this fixed. A valid UK invoice can be provided on request whilst the sale remains on my Delcampe screens for your tax records.
