mm.
For competition you have to present the envelope with the
postogram,
because the postage is
included in the price of the envelope.
It´s
a 100% postal; then it´s edited by the belgian Post-office
!
A PARTICULARITY

One can
indicate the delivery date of the postogram in the left
corner
of the
envelope.
In
Belgium there is no mail-delivery on Saturdays except but
postograms.
If the
delivery date marked on the envelope is a
Saturday,
it will
be delivered on that day.
No mail
is delivered on Sundays.
