3. Cualquier forma de pago diferente al pago al contado debe ser negociada previamente, en este supuestohistoriapostal.net mantendrá en su poder las piezas filatélicas hasta su total liquidación.
4. Historiapostal.net se reserva el derecho de anular la venta y disponer de los lotes cuando el comprador no haya satisfecho el pago dentro de los treinta días posteriores a la recepción de la orden de compra.
5. Cualquier pago efectuado en una divisa diferente será regularizado por el contravalor aplicado por nuestra entidad bancaria.
6. Se cobrará una comisión del 2% mensual sobre el saldo deudor, en el momento de sobrepasar los treinta días de demora en el pago.
7. El material adquirido será enviado asegurado por su valor total mediante correo certificado o mensajería, los gastos de envío y seguro serán por cuenta del comprador.
8. Las descripciones de la presente página web han sido meticulosamente realizadas por nuestro equipo técnico el cual garantizada su estado y autenticidad, en cualquier caso, si algún defecto no mencionado afectara a alguna de las piezas esta podrá ser devuelta en el plazo de diez días, si fuera necesario someter a la consideración de algún Comité de Expertos alguna de las piezas el plazo se extenderá hasta los treinta días. Historiapostal.net ofrece la posibilidad de examinar las piezas filatélicas en un domicilio particular, para ello el posible comprador deberá acreditar una garantía bancaria o referencia comercial, haciéndose cargo de todos los gastos inherentes y comprometiéndose a devolver el material a la semana de su recepción por el mismo medio de envío utilizado por historiapostal.net.
10. Cualquier litigio será sometido a los tribunales de Barcelona, y el comprador renuncia expresamente a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderle.
11. Se considerarán aceptadas las presentes condiciones en el momento de la percepción de la orden de compra.

6. We will charge a monthly commission of 2% on the debit balance in the moment to exceed the thirty days of delay in the payment.
7. The acquired material will be send assured by its total value through registered mail or courier mail, the shipping cost and insurance will be on behalf of the customer.

In any case, if any imperfection not mentioned concerning any of the pieces, the purchase could be returned in the period of ten days. 10. Any litigation will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, and the buyer will renounce to any jurisdiction that could correspond.
11. The present conditions will be considered to be accepted in the moment of the understanding of the purchase order.
