The primary concept behind the design of this set is a heart-shaped pattern that consists of three roses in full bloom. Every rose constitutes six numbers: 201314, a play on the homonymic relation with the declaration, “my love for you is eternal.” in Chinese. The six-number code is hidden in the roses-constructed heart, signifying faith and strength in love. The pastel hues convey the romantic mood of the occasion.

The design follows:
Souvenir sheet (s/s): Two interlocking hearts hug this set of stamps, representing the strong love between lovers, and their commitment to an everlasting union.
