All payments are made via Mangopay. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

All purchases are sent to buyers from Moscow in registered letters via airmail.
Postage and packing charges (unless stated otherwise in the item description) are as follows:
Worldwide except for Russia - $4.00 for a letter under 20g (typically up to 10 single stamps);
- $5.00 for a letter under 100g;
Russia - $1 for a letter under 50g.
On request stamps can be sent in Russian Post plastic cover (extra $1).
In case of small purchases (total $5 and under) a fee of 30c + 4.4% is charged to compensate for Paypal fee.

Specific conditions:

I always provide my sellers with tracking numbers of letters with their purchases. Please see details of Paypal transactions. In case of payment via Skrill I send e-mails with tracking numbers.
Please note that postage from Russia can be rather slow, typically 2-3 weeks to Europe and USA. Letters to Australia go slower, a month or more.
I recommend my buyers to use services like trackitonline.com to track registered letters.
