1958 Airmail Stamp. Formosa(Taiwan), Rep of China.

The Chih Kan Tower (a historical building in Tainan City) with two pigeons flying above.
The stamp surcharged of the $5.00 denomination of the Taipei Print, issued on September 1, 1954. The original face value of $5.00 in the upper left corner was deleted with a floral decoration and a new denomination $3.50 overprinted in the lower right corner.

No gum as issued.
The photo is only an example.
