    Hello, Delcampers

Can someone helpt to identify this banknote, please?
It came from a Korean War era US Navy sailor's collection; there was a Hong Kong, a Taiwan and a Philippines note in the collection as well. I think this is Korean or some Japanese occupation/military/puppet government note but I haven't been able to find in the any volume of WPM catalogs. The denominations in the upper corners are Japanese characters used on other such notes as is the red symbol on the front lower-left.

    thanks in advance!

OK, thanks to my friends on the French banknote forum I have found it (and it was in my catalog all along. . .)
    It's South Korea #2, 10 won note issued 1949.
