We wanted to make the transition from Lister to Easy Uploader as smooth as possible. This is why our new selling tool allows former Lister users to export their files and import them directly into Easy Uploader without having to edit them.

Warning: We would like to remind you that you are limited to listing a maximum of 10,000 items in 24 hours (all auction systems combined). If your file contains more than 10.000 items, the system will ask you to reduce it so that you do not exceed this limit of 10.000 items in 24 hours.

This article covers the following topics:

How do I export a file from the Lister ?

  1. Select the Lister folder whose data you want to export from the list on the left of your screen by clicking on it once
  2. Click on "Export" at the top right of the Lister
  3. Check the type of file you want to create.
Only CSV or Microsoft Excel files can later be used with Easy Uploader.
  4. Click on "Choose" to select an export folder within your personal folders on your computer.
By default, the file name will be "Lister + Export Date". You can change the name of the file
  5. Click on "Save"
  6. Click on "OK"
The system suggests you to open the exported file: if you don't want to open it, click on "No".

How do I import a Lister file in Easy Uploader?

All the details about importing a sales file are explained in this Help Centre article: Listing with Easy Uploader

Please note that if the images of your items are stored locally (on your computer, on a hard drive), you will be asked to browse your folders and manually select these images to upload them.

Unlike the Lister, which is a program installed on your computer and which can itself upload your images through their path, Easy Uploader is a tool integrated into the website, which is not able to pick up the images in your folders by itself. This explains why this step of selecting the images is necessary.

Although the name of the image and its extension are the only data needed by Easy Uploader in the "images" column, the tool has been designed to accept Lister files that contain complete paths. Easy Uploader only collects the information it needs.
