.32 Williamson Teatfire Premier modèle (tétine plate) - Catégorie D - 1864

Cette cartouche a été conçue pour les revolvers à chargement frontal (brevet Willianson 41 183), en janvier 1864. Il s'agissait d'une tentative de contourner le brevet Smith & Wesson. Ils se caractérisent par une petite protubérance à leur base. Celui-ci peut être aplati (premier modèle) ou arrondi. Les cartouches Williamson Teatfire ont cessé d'être produites quelques années après leur conception, vers 1869, remplacées par les cartouches plus confortables, annulaires et à percussion centrale.
