Résumé :
C'est jour de fête au Paradis de Rodney, l'immense parc d'attractions consacré au lapin Rodney, dont on fête le cinquantième anniversaire devant les caméras de télévision du monde entier et sous les yeux de milliers de visiteurs déguisés, dans l'odeur grasse des frites et sucrée des friandises ...
Il y a des centaines de lapins Rodney à longes oreilles pelucheuses dans le parc. Il y a des pirates, des kangourous, des stégosaures, un chinois déguisé... en Chinois. Il y a le Train mystérieux qui dévale la Montagne aux sorcières, et le cabinet de la Barbe-Bleue...
Et dans les toilettes pour hommes d'un des coins du parc, il y a un nain déguisé en lapin qui gît sur le sol carrelé. Étranglé.
Comment trouver l'assassin, au milieu de cette foule en délire ? Et s'il s'agissait d'un tueur en série ?
