A címlap 4 színnyomatú táblát ír, és a könyvben meg is van 4 tábla, de a táblák számozása (III-IV-5-6.) Félvászon-kötésben, az elülső táblán a címlapról másolt borítóval, a címlap laza, a gerinc mentén sérült, a címlap utáni 2. és 3. lap szakadt, sérült, a IV. és V. lap lazák, majdnem kijárnak, sérültek, kopott foltos borítóval, a szennylapok és a kötéstáblák belsején a papírborítás pótolt. Rendkívül ritka!
