All payments are made via Mangopay. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

Shipping cost : we pack very well but we try also the package not to cross 100g / listing, our packages have usually between 60-90 grams as for >100 g packages , the cost is higher , also no mixing coins with banknotes , the cost in general is 5 eur for simple registered letter with stamps and tracking nr. - recommended for lower values < 50 eur and 7 eur for AR (receiving confirmation) registered package without stamps , with barcode tracking nr. - mandatory for higher values , from > 70 eur. up. We pack everything very well and take pictures of the entire process , also video if required by the customer. You will receive these and also a link to the tracking website with the tracking nr.

Due to increasing problems with postage we only ship to: E.U. (European Union), Israel and Turkey(Turkiye) . Also shipping will be made only at the registered adress of the buyer, no PO BOX or alternative adresses accepted!
Shipping risk : once the parcel has left Romania, all risks transfer to the buyer as we cannot be responsable for other countries postal services. We assist with search requests and claims in the extremely unlikely event of item lost in transit but we do not personally reimburse. Reimbursement is the job of the transport company's insurance. Insurance value cannot be set higher than the purchase total.
Any applicable customs fees and duties are payable by the buyer. (This applies to shipments to outside of the EU only , inside EU there are no taxes.)
