EDUARD HUEMER 1935, Lehrer von Adolf Hitler, Ansichtskarte von Linz Pöstlingsberg mit Absenderangabe (gedruckt) "Hofrat Dr. Eduard Huemer, Linz Pöstlingsberg 98" , gesandt an Mizzi Plakolm Kirchdorf, Bezirkshauptmannschaft mit handgeschriebenem Text, endend "Ergebenst Dr.EH". (Huemer wurde 1868 geboren, zog 1901 nach Linz, wo er an der Realschule den jungen Hitler u.a. in Französisch unterrichtete, wurde im April 1937 von Hitler nach Berlin eingeladen, wo er auf dessen Kosten im Hotel Adlon logierte. ÷ EDUARD HUEMER 1935, teacher of Adolf Hitler, a picture postcard with Easter Greetings , printed on the picture side "Hofrat Dr. Eduard Huemer, Linz, Pöstlingberg 98." Showing a rare picture, viewing of Linz Pöstlingsberg. sent to Mizzi Plakolm at Linz Bezirkshauptmannschaft with much handwritten text and ending in a signature "Dr.EH". Huemer born 1868 and was from 1901 teacher at Linz, where he teached the young Adolf Hitler, f.ex. in french language. Since 1916 he was director there. In april 1937 he was invited by Adolf Hitler to Berlin and lived at Adlon Hotel.

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
