The never ending nonsense taking place at the U.S. Postal Service (constant price increases, surtaxes, extra fees) and the amount of time I spend to list items and grapple with lines at the USPS, forces me to ask for a MINUMUM PURCHASE amount of $5.00. This does not include shipping costs. I don't like doing this. I'm pleased when somebody finds an item they want and I can offer it to them. But for one stamp, or one postcard, or postal stationary, etc., it's difficult to sustain the effort and be satisfied with the exchange. I have a lot a nice items up for sale, and there will be many more, so there's much to choose from. I'm simply asking, no pleading, with buyers to purchase an item(s) that will at least give me $5.00 to work with. In reality, I don't even see all of that, with the many fees and commisions attached, et al. And another good point to remember, multiple items are going to all be shipped for the same price as one item would be. The only exception, unless its really a lot of different items and I need a bigger mailer.
I'm not out to make a million dollars. I have fun doing this. I enjoy working on my stamps and selling a few. But like every other seller, I need just a little to come back to me to justify the time and effort.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Before you read on, let me say this about INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS. I realize they're very high, ridiculously high at that. The USPS has nearly removed all the enjoyment out of selling Internationally. But for those countries I am still dealing with, your purchased items will be mailed in regular mail letter envelope, or a 5x7, 6x9, or 8x11 envelope with a light cardboard insert, or a 'padded' envelope (of various sizes) with or without a cardboard insert inside. Of course, when using any of the non-rigid envelopes and mailers going overseas, be advised the probability of bending, tearing, and other subsequent damage exists. Rest assured, I do make an extra careful effort to pack items very securely and correctly. Everything I have ever sold overseas up to this point has arrived safely and intact. But there's always the chance. Hence, I won't be held responsible for lost or stolen items, or the actions of a careless mail service.

IMPORTANT ****PLEASE READ --- INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
The USPS has now made "shipping costs" shockingly expensive, confusing and complicated. For INTERNATIONAL sales, it looks like First Class International Shipping is going to range between $2.50 and $13.75. A wide range, I know. But it all depends on 'weight' and 'destination zone', and how many items I can place neatly in a particular mailer. It's really a mind-boggling struggle to decipher anything stated at the USPS web site nowadays, but as far as I can tell, that should be the 'range'. Should be. To be clear, I have no desire to gouge prices using shipping costs, so rest assured, I will always try to determine a fair and reasonable delivery cost associated with the item(s) you want to purchase.
As I said, size and weight of mailers and shipping zones are part of the consideration, so please email me first so I can send you a 'final' invoice.
And, if for some reason you change your mind and want to back out of the sale, I simply ask to please have the courtesy to email and let me know so I can cancel the purchase through Delcampe and relist my items. There will be no problems or hard feelings. Sometimes folks just change their mind and it's okay.
