Terms of payment:

All payments are made via Mangopay. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may have consequences for the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Specific conditions:
Lower bids via the website feature are accepted, perhaps negotiated.

Discounts:
- Free registered tracked shipping for orders of €35 and above.
- Free ordinary shipping when buying 15 or more items - except when registered/tracked shipping is required.
- Discounts are not negotiated after an auction or a sale is closed.
Shipping and handling:
We operate with a non-negotiable flat rate shipping and handling fee - we do not charge any additional fees.
Combine as many items as desired for one payment request, paying only one flat rate shipping and handling fee.
Auctions end on Saturdays and you are welcome to accumulate auctioned items for a period of 14 days after the first auction has ended.
Shipments are mailed Tuesday and Friday every week. Communication of shipping is given via the icons in the Delcampe dashboard. A separate notice is not sent via mail or otherwise.
Shipments never contain an invoice or a delivery note since the turnover af this shop does not reach the minimum requirements of EU legislation to register as a business with a VAT registration number.

Special notes:
- Special arrangements regarding a purchase are to be requested in advance of a bid or a purchase.
- Sales are only shipped to the country registered with Delcampe.
- Sales conditions are final and not negotiated after an auction or a sale is closed.
Delivery:
We post shipments every Tuesday and Friday. We use sturdy packaging and postage stamps for most shipments. In case of non-delivery by the postal service due to reasons not in our control, we reserve the right to cancel the sales or to charge the buyer for renewed shipping.

Claims:
Descriptions of items are made as correct and fair as possible, images are considered part of descriptions. Shipments are mailed using sturdy materials, and shipments to regions known for their moist environment are packaged to avoid soaking of the items. Returns are not offered. However, in case shipments appear damaged in a way that could affect the content (bent, soaked etc.), it is possible though to make a return, but only in case the shipment has not been opened. Unopened shipments for return must be handed to the local postal service and must be marked: "Réception refusée" in French or "Reception refused" in English and perhaps the same in the local language. Such returns will be refunded when received.

Feedback:
We consider the deal and transaction completed when the buyer has received their purchased items and acknowledged their satisfaction. When the transaction is completed to the satisfaction of both parties, we will always leave positive feedback.

Outside the European Union:
A customs declaration (CN22) will be affixed to all trackable shipments, as well as regular three-dimensional (padded) shipments, declaring the full purchase value of the content including shipping costs. Content will be declared as: “Postage stamps and/or used envelopes for collector”.
Import duty, taxes and additional charges by third party are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
