1887 Postal stationery envelope 8c. red used registered from Buenos Aires to Paris, uprated 16c. (defect) and 12c. tied by boxed "RECOMMANDE/31 ENER 87/BUENOS-AIRES", with reg. h/s and red Paris arrival datestamps on front, three wax seals and Paris distribution d/s on the reverse - attractive.

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
