WWII FIELD POST OFFICES COVERS & CARDS COLLECTION. 1939-1945. A fascinating collection of WWII covers, cards, Postcards & Air Letters presented in a trio of albums, most items bearing Censor marks or Censor tape from various Field Post Offices throughout Europe that the Canadian Military Divisions were stationed at, most items either stampless or bearing GB/Canada issues. We see a range of commercially printed covers, plain covers, "On Active Service" printed envelopes, Air Letter postal Stationary, mostly posted to Canada from various FPO's in the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany & Italy, often intact with letter contents (these photocopied & opposite covers), plus a map on each page indicating where the FPO is located.
