(1b). outside USA International address: €3.50 first stamp item use air mail;
or, cover, card, FDC, pane sheetlet flat mail $4.99; each additional stamp lot add €2;
add €25 if send by International Register Mail service (total value higher than $50);
2. Handling charges $0
Grand total including all fees, more than $50 MUST use Registered Air Mail service (USA needs Insured mail service);
**Small order (Grand total including all fees, less than $50): optional shipping with Non-Registered Mail, and it is Buyer's own risk; if lost on delivery, no claim, no refund.
