These stamps were only in use in ELISABETHVILLE and were used in 1921 for the first issue and in 1922 for the second issue

These stamps are only described in the C.O.B. catalog i.e. two editions in 1921 & 1922
1921 with two variations :

a)1) = COB 104 : GREY INK AND LOW COMMA (with a 0.25 surcharge on the 10 cent cob 55 = 1910 edition)
a)2) = COB 105 : BLACK INK AND HIGH COMMA (with a 0.25 surcharge on the 10 cent cob 65 = 1915 edition)
1922 with two variations
b)1) = COB 104-A : BLACK INK AND HIGH COMMA (with a 0.25 surcharge on the 10 cent cob 55 = 1910 edition)
b)2) = COB 105-A : GREY INK AND LOW COMMA (with a 0.25 surcharge on the 10 cent cob 65 = 1915 edition)

Further description :
for the 1921 edition the figure 2 is places somewhat lower than the other figures of the 0,25 overprint.
For for the 1922 edition all figures (0,25) are correctly ligned up.
