The set of "Expressions of Good Will stamps" have ten themes: "Good Fortune as Vast as the Eastern Seas," "Longevity to Rival the Southern Mountains," "Forever Bathing in the River of Love," "Wholeness and Plenty," "Peace and Fulfillment," "Success and Preeminence," "Year after Year Surplus," "Steady Career Advance," "The Chilin Brings a Child" and "Bright Future."

The stamps depict crane bird,bamboo, fish, scepter, ancient coin, peony flower, liquors pot,Chinese duck,calabash,wedding,eagle,sea tortoise, etc,.

There is the large sea turtle image on the left 1st stamp of 2nd line of NT$5.
In ancient China-"du zhan ao tou"- When one man to be the champion or Success and Preeminence,we said "du zhan ao tou",it means he has possession the head of large sea turtle.
"ao" means "large sea turtle". "tou" means "head".

The photo is only an example.
