1918 Russian postal stationery envelope 10k. blue surcharged "Eesti/(Rakwere)/15", size 146x120 mm, cancelled by "WESENBERG ESTL." 1918 double-ring datestamp, and addressed, no further postmark, with a light horizontal fold near bottom otherwise fine. A GREAT RARITY OF ESTONIAN PHILATELY. Only 30 envelopes 10k. were surcharged for use in Rakmere.

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
