In 2005 and 2006 on the initiative of the public of cities of
Yekaterinburg and Tambov and in connection with celebrating in
these cities, respectively, of the 100 anniversary from the
birthday of the legendary Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Jalil and
the 175th anniversary from the birthday of honorary citizen of
Tambov Accavitti AFPS in Sverdlovsk and Tambov regions ordered in
the ITC "Marka" art-sided cards new type - with portraits of the
heroes of the day and brand standard edition - the letter
"b".
In 2007 three more similar cards were released on the orders of
AFPS in Sverdlovsk, Kaluga and Ryazan regions.
Unilateral themed postcards with letter "b" quickly became popular
and, in 2008 the ITC "Marka" has released 36 of such cards; "pool"
AFPS eating these products, in-United AFPS in Moscow, St.
Petersburg, Leningrad, Bryansk, Murmansk, Penza and Tambov areas
and AFPS of the Republic of Baix kortostan.
In 2009, there was a kind of "a large population explosion" release
unilateral lettered postcards, was released 88 of such cards - and
significantly expanded the geography of branches of AFPS of
initiators of release of this post philatelic products; among them
were added AFPS Belgorod, Volgograd and Rostov regions, Ha
borovskogo Krai, Republics of Karelia, Tatarstan, Khakasia and
Chuvashia.
The following year was released "only" 26 one-way postcards with
letter "b" and to those who have ordered their AFPS added AFPS
Voronezh, Kaliningrad and Pskov oblasts; Krasnoyarsk and Primorskii
territories and AFPS of the Republic of Sakha
(Yakutia),
In 2011, was released on 31 sided postcard with Lite-Roy "In" and
among the initiators of their release were added UFPS of Nizhny
Novgorod and Samara regions.
In 2012, the ITC "Marka" has released 58 unilateral postcards with
letter "b" and new customers cards steel AFPS in Arkhangelsk,
Izhevsk, Lipetsk, Novgorod, Smolensk and Ulyanovsk regions and AFPS
of the Republic of Udmurtia.
In 2013 the number of AFPS eating a card with the letter "b", added
AFPS Kostroma, Novosibirsk, Tver and Chita, regions, Red-barskogo
Krai, Republics of Ingushetia and North Ossetia-Alania, only this
year it was released 78 cards.
