Basic Shipping Cost is for Small lots (generally 5 or less items in lot), via First Class Mail (Overseas Air Mail), Uninsured, for the first eligible lot is US $1.50 & for non US$ 2.00, unless otherwise noted. Additional lots eligible are combined shipment are $0.50 US, non US $0.75 each. Only small lots bought during a 24 hour period will be shipped combined. Generally large lots, cost, or as stated. All other shipping cost are a buyer expense and deemed to be optional!
Uninsured shipment is strictly a buyer/bidder RISK as to loss or damage! The buyer acknowledges by placing a bid or ordering that an uninsured shipment is totally at the buyers risk & choice.
Exact payment in full within 7days (PAYPAL 4 days) of invoicing. Correct payment (in full) to be made within 7 days (PAYPAL 4 days) of invoicing to be considered timely payment.
Payments are to be in US$, or by CASH/CHECK/Money Order/ PAYPAL & Bank Transfers(over US$500). PAYPAL merchandise purchases is billed at a minimum TOTAL of US$10.
Registered mail $16.00 extra, Foreign insurede shipments requiring a customs declaration $6.00 extra.
PAYPAL PAID LOTS - Minimum amount chaged for merchandise is $10.00 if PAYPAL is used. Payments made via PAYPAL are charged an additional 5% US, 6% NON- US, Minimum US$1.50, Non US $1.75, on total merchandise and shipping & handeling invoiced. Merchandise totaling up to $99.99 can be shipped uninsured regular Mail. For in US shiped merchandise totaling $100.00 & over have to be sent insured! For Non US shipments, merchandise totaling $100.00 to $250.00 has to be sent at minimum Registered Mail. Shipments.Merchandise in Excess of $250 have to be fully insured. Returns that used PAYPAL payments not received back within 45 days of charge will be reduced by Paypal charges to the seller. Only timely paid lots are eligible for payment by PAYPAL. All suspect purchases because of feedback or knowledge have to be sent fully insured. Money back guarantee for the merchandise purchase price or bid, that is not materially as presented, & that has been timely & fully paid for per the terms. Return of merchandise to be within 7 calendar days of receipt, with notification to the seller in that period.
Authentication by submission to a major philatelic organizations only and to be completed within 4 month of timely payment. Notification & proof of submission due within 7 days of receipt of the item, as is receipt of the opinion within 7 days of its receipt.
