Diese Marke gehört zu den Ausgaben, welche den Aufdruck erst bei der Vorlage durch Postkunden am Schalter erhielten. Die Gesamtzahl existierender Stücke ist nicht bekannt. ALLERGRÖSSTE RARITÄT der deutschen Besetzungsausgaben im II. Weltkrieg. Fotoattest Löbbering "Das ERSTE mir zur Prüfung vorgelegte Exemplar." ex Sammlung Dr.Kooba ÷ 1941, 30 K blackish ochre-brown "23rd anniversary of Red Army" with overprint "Eesti Post", tied by full strike of cds ELVA B EESTI, 25 VII 41, on piece, VF condition.
