1937-47 KGVI VERY FINE USED - AWESOME COLLECTION! neatly displayed on written up album pages, this superb collection shows very fine c.d.s. used stamps. This fastidious collector also added attractive covers he considered would enhance the collection, either for their frankings or on First Day Covers. The collection begins with three different illustrated "Burma's Separation" FDCs franked with KGV India ovpts, continues with the 1938-40 KGVI India definitives set, then KGVI definitives sets complete to 1947, plus Officials 1939, 1946 & 1947 sets, we see many blocks throughout such as 1945 "MILY ADMIN" ovpts set , 1947 defins with values to 5r & 10r plus 1947 Officials to 1r all in very fine used blocks of four. Continues with some lovely commemorative stamp & cover items with 1937 illustrated Coronation cover, 1940 Stamp Centenary ovpt incl. the set on illustrated FDC, to the 1946 Victory set on FDC plus the set in blocks of four. A simply outstanding top quality collection formed over many years, item by item (over 100 stamps + over 60 blocks + 19 covers).
