1865-1883 COMPREHENSIVE SURFACE-PRINTED COLLECTION An impressive used collection nicely written up on ancient album pages, covering the issues with large white corner letters. Poor to fine quality but including many better/ high catalogue stamps in reasonable condition. With 1865-73 range to 1s (2) including 9d straw and an attractive 4d vermilions section with two shades for every plate (7 to 14); 1867-80 3d (all 7 plates), 6d (7), 9d (2), 10d (3), 1s (all 4 plates), 2s blue (5) and a scarce 2s brown; 1872-73 6d (5); 1867-83 5s plate 1 and plate 2, plus 10s SG 128.
