A vast amount of material includes mint and used blocks of 4 & 12 plus a particularly detailed collection of overprint varieties on the ARMY OFFICIAL overprints supported by an illustrated article by Robson Lowe including many of the varieties now listed in the SG Specialized Catalogue, also much unlisted including shifted overprints. All the departments represented with many better stamps seen. Clearly an outstanding collection but in need of better presentation!
