Issued by Taiwan Anti-Tuberculosis Association,Rep of China. It is not a postage stamp, only sold from the post office in Taiwan, likes the Christmas seal.
Scarce.

The photo is only an example of single seal.
Mint & never hinged(mnh). The gum & perf. are not in good condition.

In 1882, on the 24th of March, Dr.Robert Koch announced his discovery of the tubercle bacillus which causes this killing disease. His discovery marked the first step towards the conquest of tuberculosis.
