OFFICIALS include 1949-51 P12½ set plus 3a on 7ch blue shade, also P11 & P12 sets and ½a on 1ch & 2a on 4ch compound perfs, a number of values in blocks of four with perfs identified, COCHIN wmk incl. 2a on 4ch with compound perf (SG O9c), continues with "SERVICE" ovpt with serifed letters (SG O10/O15), most listed perfs plus ½a on 1ch, 1a on 2ch, 2a on 4ch & 3a on 7ch with compound perfs, same with COCHIN wmk (SG O16/O17) with all listed perfs, also see a quantity of used blocks of four (or larger) throughout, a number illustrate the subtle variations in overprints & surcharges.
