1857 Insured folded cover used locally to Rome, franked 1852 3 baj. and 5 baj. tied by diamond of bars, with "ASSICURANTA" h/s on front, red "... DI ROMA/8 GIU 57" double-circle datestamp along with three wax seals on the reverse. The 3 baj. with outer frameline cut at the left but sheet margin at right, the 5 baj. with four margins, and the cover slightly stained.
