New Shipping Terms effective October 1, 2016

United States Address:

Orders totaling $ 4.99 or less will be shipped for actual cost of First Class Postage:
Orders totaling $ 5.00 and more will be shipped free of Postage charges.

No Second or Third party shipments.    No private or public pick-up of orders.

Outside United States:

All orders mailed are mailed by First Class and will be charged the actual postage used.

If insurance or registration is requested by buyer the additional cost will be added to Invoice, when such services are accepted and honored by receiving Country.

I will no longer accept shipments to China whose postal service does not honor insured or registered packages.  And there is no effort to ensure delivery of first class mail.  I have lost 7 or 8 packages out of about 10.

Returning items.  If not satisfied with items received.  Please provide a description as to what is unsatisfactory prior to returning.  I am reasonable but I am not running an approval service.
