On the first day of postage stamps with overprinting on 31.08.1992, there were only 4 postage stamps in postage circulation: 2.50, 6.00, 8.50, 10.00 - red and the postmark “First Day”.
A postage stamp (10.00 - black) appeared much later and with it the official envelope of the FDC, made in Romania. At the FDC there are errors in the spelling of the settlements of Moldova and Ukraine.
USSR postage stamps were used in postage circulation in Moldova until Iuly 1, 1993.
