INTERESTING OLD COLLECTION in an old damaged Whitfield King "ACME" springback album of 'foreign', GB and Commonwealth m & u stamps from GB 1840 1d black on piece with largely complete range of 1858-71 1d plate numbers to 209, we also note what appears to be a collection of "War Tax" overprints, unusual ranges such as Bolivian imperf earlies, some of the mint stamps tacked or stuck down, the used appears fine.
