1947-52 SEMI-SPECIALISED, FINE USED KGVI COLLECTION displayed neatly in an album, this fine collection shows very fine c.d.s. used stamps, the collection begins with the 1947 overprints on India definitives, we see all values in the set to 15r & 25r with additional local ovpt types of values to 10r, incl. 1a.3p (see footnote), plus 1r watermark inverted, continues with 1948-57 & 1949-53 redrawn defins sets complete plus most additional perfs, also see a few covers, note 1950 airmail to Grenada. The collection also includes a fine range of OFFICIALS incl. 1947 with additional local ovpts, 1948-54 set plus 10r perf.12, 1949 & 1951 independence sets . We also see some super commemorative stamp items from 1948 Independence set plus 1r P14x13½, 1949 Jinnah set on illustrated cover, 1951-6 Independence set plus same on two first day covers incl. illustrated.
