In the centers of the stamps are the face values of the stamps in the elaborate form of Chinese numerals, surrounded by geometric peony patterns. On the bottom left-hand corners are the face values of the stamps in Arabic numerals in different colors. The face values of the stamps are NT$0.50, NT$1.00, NT$2.00, NT$5.00, NT$10.00 and NT$20.00.
