POSTAL HISTORY 1919 group of postcards, we see two bearing "Samoa" overprinted stamps tied to picture side by Apia pmks, both sent to Belgium with various postal, transit & "T" due marks (wrongly applied and cancelled) on the message side, also an unused advertising card for a Brussels based c.1920 Electricity and Gas fitting company, utilising a Samoa 1895 3d on 2d stamp design.
