Strength lies in pre-WWI issues, we see 1866 2p Newspaper unused, 1866 Prince Michael mint or used range to 40p, 1868 1p green Newspaper imperf unused, 1869-80 Prince Milan good range of all values (various perfs) on three pages, 1869-79 2p black imperf Newspaper range, mostly mint - includes block of 4 and an offset variety, then later ranges to 1915, plus small range of WWII Occupation issues, Postage Dues & Journal issues, looks to be the odd postmark too.
